When we founded Typeface, the invention of the printing press and its impact on storytelling and creativity, was our inspiration. It was an early example of personalization, democratizing the way people communicated and shared ideas.
Much like how that technical shift unlocked a new era of creativity, we believed the coming AI wave had the power to again transform how people and brands tell their stories. And while data and cloud technologies had evolved, content and personalized storytelling in enterprises lagged. We founded Typeface to reimagine the entire content lifecycle – powered with Typeface Hub, our intelligent multi-modal content hub – and soon expanded this vision to introduce our AI-first campaign workflow, in the form of Typeface Arc.
Today, we are honored that TIME has recognized Typeface Arc as a Best Invention of 2024 in the AI category. When we built Typeface Arc, we had a belief that AI's true potential is going beyond prompts and building one piece of content at a time, to complete campaign storytelling tailored to specific audiences. Could we move marketers from composing with one instrument to leading an entire symphony, i.e. evolve from creating individual content to creating a campaign in one click with a continuous learning loop – email marketing, web analytics, social ads and creative content – to deliver a 1:1 personalization experience?
